'Today I vlog what I eat in a day during the pureed food stage post op of the gastric sleeve.   HW: 290 lbs Surgery Weight: 276 lbs 1 week Post Op: 262 lbs 2 week Post Op: 260 lbs  Texas Laparoscopic Consultants Dr. Sherman Yu 1200 Binz St. Suite# 950 Houston, Texas 77004  Protein intake should be from 40 to 60 grams daily and 48 to 64 oz of water / clear liquid for proper hydration. I currently try for 40 to 45 grams of protein as I find myself full all the time. I also am trying to correct my fiber intake to be more regular. Hopefully with time I can get better at maintaining my nutrition, hydration, vitamins, supplements and fiber.
